Personal Advice

We provide face-to-face tailored healthy eating advice for individuals. We are able to see people in the areas around Southampton, Bournemouth, Bristol and North Somerset.

We follow guidelines set by the Nutrition Society. Our approach involves analysing your diet and providing you with feedback, advice and motivation to make progressive, long-lasting changes to your diet and lifestyle which could help improve your health in the long-term. In accordance with the Nutrition Society’s guidelines, we always request permission to keep your GP informed of all recommendations we make.
